dc.description.abstract	En Barrancabermeja el número de trabajadores y turistas viene en ascenso debido a proyectos como la construcción del puerto multimodal sobre el río Grande de la Magdalena. Este proyecto generará mayor cantidad de empleo mejorando la calidad de vida. Es por esto que actividades de relajación, entretenimiento y alimentación cobran importancia sobre el trabajador y su familia. El Llanito es un corregimiento que pertenece a Barrancabermeja y se caracteriza por su comida típica de la región (Bocachico). Nace el proyecto del Restaurante Campestre el Descanso de José como una nueva alternativa para los clientes donde tengan la opción tanto de alimentarse y a su vez entretenimiento familiar. La finalidad de este proyecto es realizar un estudio técnico y financiero para modernizar el Restaurante Campestre el Descanso de José, en búsqueda de ofrecer al cliente nuevas alternativas de entretenimiento que permita elevar su nivel de confort y hacer de las instalaciones su restaurante familiar. La inversión total para el proyecto de Modernización del Restaurante Campestre el Descanso de José es de $94.568.000 y la financiación se divide entre aporte de socios y financiación bancaria. El flujo de caja del inversionista se relaciona con el aporte al proyecto de $49.243.107 con un costo de oportunidad del 25%. Por otro lado, el flujo de caja del proyecto, se compone inicialmente por el egreso total de la inversión realizada. Este flujo de caja junto con el 15,94% del WACC, genera un VPN del proyecto en $110.153.757 y una TIR del 32.36%.

This project will generate more jobs improving the quality of life. That is why relaxation activities, entertainment and food become important for the worker and his family. El Llanito is a township belonging to Barrancabermeja and characterized for its typical food of the region (Bocachico). Project born Campestral Restaurant the Relaxation of Jose as a new alternative for customers where they have the option of both feed and turn family entertainment. The purpose of this project is to conduct a technical and financial study modernize the country restaurant Rest Jose, looking for offer customers new entertainment options that will raise your level of comfort and facilities to make your family restaurant. The total investment for the project of modernization of the Campestral Restaurant the Relaxation of Jose is $ 94,568,000 and the funding is divided between input partners and bank financing. The cash flow is related to investor contribution to the project of $ 49,243,107 with an opportunity cost of 25%.
