| dc.description | The work explores the curricular contents related to violence and equality as non-discrimination for reasons of sex / gender that are incorporated as subjects of study in the career of Advocacy. We are interested in highlighting a) what rights are violated in situations of violence and discrimination against women and b) whether the said issue should be focused on some matter or should be mainstreamed. To this end, a questionnaire was administered to students who were in the second quarter of 2016 studying subjects of the fifth year of the course, from which we analyzed questions n ° 1, 5 and 6. | en-US |
| dc.description | El trabajo explora los contenidos curriculares relacionados a las violencias e igualdad como no discriminación por razones de sexo/género que se incorporan como temas de estudio en la carrera de Abogacía. Nos interesa relevar a) cuáles son los derechos que se vulneran en situaciones de violencia y discriminación contra las mujeres y b) si la dicha temática debe estar focalizada en alguna/s materia/s o debe estar transversalizada. A tales fines se administró un cuestionario a estudiantes que en el segundo cuatrimestre de 2016 se hallaban cursando materias de quinto año de la carrera, del cual hemos analizado las preguntas n° 1, 5 y 6. | es-ES |
