| dc.description.abstract | El siguiente trabajo estudia la viabilidad de una nueva institución prestadora de servios de salud (IPS) cuyo objeto social la haga rentable, sostenible en el tiempo y que permita un crecimiento como empresa sólida en el sector de la salud. Se busca atraer nuevamente a la población particular, al mismo tiempo que se desea ser una buena opción para las EPS, ARS y ARP en el manejo integral de los pacientes crónicos, de los pacientes que en etapas agudas de su enfermedad requieran periodos prolongados de rehabilitación, de los que en cierto momento pueden llegar a ser de alto costo para los aseguradores, y de los que no son de fácil cuidado en el hogar por sus condiciones de salud y de dependencia hacia sus familiares. Con base en un modelo de atención en salud, llamado hospitalización de día y medio díafl, creado a principios de 1930 para la atención de pacientes psiquiátricos, se atenderán los pacientes adultos y adultos mayores con deficiencias osteomusculares, neurológicas y/o cardio-respiratorias. Mejorando este modelo con el concepto de los centros de excelenciafl y de interacción de un equipo multidisciplinariofl. De igual manera, se desea evitar el modelo de contratación por capitación y segmentar el mercado de tal forma que se contrate por evento, así podemos tener población de diferentes entidades y alcanzar un área de influencia más grande. Por último, se desea ser la primera institución de este tipo en el oriente colombiano y cumplir con una labor social que seguramente traerá consigo otros beneficios importantes. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The following work studies the viability of a new institution prestadora of Serbian of health (IPS) whose social object makes it profitable, sustainable in the time and that it allows a growth like solid company in the sector of the health. It is looked for to attract the particular population again, at the same time that he/she wants himself to be a good option for the EPS, ARS and ARP in the integral handling of the chronic patients, of the patients that require lingering periods of rehabilitation in sharp stages of their illness, of those that can end up being of high cost for the insurers in certain moment, and of those that are not of easy care in the home for their conditions of health and of dependence toward their relatives. With base in a model of attention in health, call "hospitalization by day and half-day", created at the beginning of 1930 for the attention of patient psychiatric, the mature patients and bigger adults will be assisted with deficiencies osteomusculares, neurological and/or cardiobreathing. Improving this model with the concept of those "excellence centers" and of "interaction of a multidisciplinary team." In a same way, it is wanted to avoid the recruiting pattern for capitation and to segment the market in such a way that is hired by event, we can have this way population of different entities and to reach an area of more influence. Lastly, it is wanted to be the first institution of this type in the Colombian east and to fulfill a social work that he/she will surely bring I get other important benefits. | |
