| dc.description | The exploitative and predatory nature of contemporary capitalism is at odds with the historic-universal category of human rights. Therefore, its deep content and historical social meaning generates controversy in terms of law that puts into question their condition of rights and their respective legal effectiveness. The perspective of this paper is that human rights are fundamental in terms of its enforceability and this includes economic, social, cultural and environmental rights, including all that human being required to meet their needs and to achieve personal fulfilment in their privacy, personality and sociability. | en-US |

Por ello su profundo significado histórico y contenido social, genera una gran polémica en el plano de lo jurídico que pone en cuestión su misma condición de derechos y su respectiva eficacia jurídica. La perspectiva de esta ponencia es que los derechos humanos son fundamentales en cuanto a su exigibilidad e incluyen los derechos económicos, sociales, culturales y ambientales, esto es, comprenden todo lo que requiere el ser humano para satisfacer sus necesidades y para realizarse en su intimidad, personalidad y sociabilidad. | es-ES |
