dc.descriptionTwo hundred years of republican life must have passed for a government to dare to achieve Total Peace throughout the country, understood as peace with all the actors that generate violence, this becomes the most ambitious purpose that any government has alleged. How to do it, that is the question. This article deals with the design of a complex public policy, to articulate all the efforts in a single direction, efforts that must be simultaneous so that the successes in a line of action are not hindered by other conflicts with other actors. The Total Peace proposal has restored the illusion to society that peace is possible, and that it can be lasting and structural.en-US
dc.descriptionDebieron pasar doscientos años de vida republicana, para que un gobierno se atreviera a alcanzar la Paz Total en todo el territorio del país, entendida como la paz con todos los actores generadores de violencia; esta se convierte en el propósito más ambicioso que gobierno alguno haya pretendido. ¿Cómo hacerlo?, esa es la cuestión. El presente artículo trata del diseño de una compleja política pública, para articular todos los esfuerzos en una sola dirección, esfuerzos que deberán ser simultáneos para que los éxitos en una línea de acción no sean entorpecidos por otros conflictos con otros actores. La propuesta de Paz Total, le ha devuelto la ilusión a la sociedad de que la paz si es posible, y de que esta puede ser duradera y estructural.es-ES
