dc.description.abstract	Este documento presenta las bases del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad del Laboratorio de Lodos y Cementos de la Universidad Industrial de Santander, fundamentado en los principios y requerimientos de la norma ISO-IEC 17025. El desarrollo del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad del laboratorio, se caracteriza por una implementación gradual en diferentes etapas, las que permitirán consolidar un sistema de calidad que soporte efectivamente la gestión del laboratorio, con el objetivo de lograr la satisfacción del cliente y el empoderamiento de todos los miembros de la organización. En el capítulo uno de este documento se hace la presentación de los objetivos bajo los cuales se enmarcó la realización de este proyecto, en el capítulo dos se observa el marco teórico en el que se soportó el proceso de implementación del sistema. En el capítulo tres se dan a conocer los aspectos importantes del laboratorio. En el capítulo cuatro se explica la metodología usada para el diseño del sistema de calidad. En el capítulo cinco y seis, se explica detalladamente cada actividad de la metodología usada, para desarrollar la documentación e implementación del Sistema, la programación de las capacitaciones del personal. Para finalizar se presentan las conclusiones y las recomendaciones para el mantenimiento del Sistema de Calidad del laboratorio.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This document presents the bases of the Quality Management System of the Laboratory of Laboratory of muds and cements of the Universidad Industrial de Santander, based on the principles and requirements of norm ISO-IEC 17025. The development of the Quality Management System of the laboratory is characterized by a gradual implementation in different stages, which will allow to consolidate a quality system that indeed supports the management of the laboratory, with the objective to obtain the satisfaction of the client and the empowerment of all the organization members. In chapter one of this document is made the presentation of the objectives under which the accomplishment of this project was framed; in chapter two the theoretical frame is observed in which the process of implementation of the system was supported. In chapter three the important aspects of the laboratory are exposed. In chapter four the methodology used for the design of the quality system is explained. In chapter five and six, each activity of the methodology is explained in detail, the documentation and implementation of the System, the programming of the trainings of the personnel. In order to finalize the conclusions and the recommendations for the maintenance of the Quality System of the laboratory appear.
