dc.description.abstract	El presente documento contiene tres capítulos principales y sus respectivas conclusiones; las generalidades del proyecto hacen referencia a las características de la región en la que se encuentra el municipio de Puerto Wilches, ubicado en el departamento de Santander, así como el marco de referencia con las definiciones básicas. Posteriormente, se hace la presentación del estudio de mercados, el cual cumple una de las funciones más importantes en la presente investigación y engloba la información demandada, así como la respectiva determinación del mercado potencial y objetivo, y el análisis de la información de la oferta. Así mismo, se lleva a cabo el estudio administrativo y el estudio legal para evaluar tres posibles opciones de figuras jurídicas y hacer sugerencia de la forma de organización elegida, así como las implicaciones del escenario escogido y los roles de cada perfil del organigrama de la empresa. Siguiendo con éste orden de ideas, se llega a la conclusión gracias a este proyecto, de que sí es posible constituir un Centro de Acopio de productos agrícolas, siendo éste una institución que fomentará el empleo tanto directo como indirecto en la región, así como también aportará al desarrollo económico y social del municipio de Puerto Wilches, Santander.
