| dc.description.abstractenglish | The content of this report, the guidelines for the planning, implementation and monitoring and evaluation and closure of projects implemented by the Department of Industrial Maintenance in Bucaramanga Coca Cola FEMSA plant and descending from the Central Office (OFC) are provided engineering or support systems or plant keys. These guidelines also be designed in accordance abide by environmental factors, which constitute a major factor in the development of the company Coca Cola FEMSA. With the evident purpose of printing the necessary clarity, this document is divided into three sections: General, content and glossary. In the section of generalities is to contextualize the activity of the company highlighting the environmental factors that stand for document generation, content methodology for project management which is supported in each of its stages is presented by PMBOK guide 5 edition, and finally an alphabetical glossary of words classification is presented along with its content or definition that are mentioned in the text and relevant. The intention behind this document is to develop a model for developing a methodology for project management in industrial maintenance company Coca Cola FEMSA plant Bucaramanga, in accordance with the standard implemented in the PMBOK and compliance the guidelines governing environmental factors in the company and the Integrated Quality System, in line with the White Book. | |
