| dc.description | In this article, I propose to demonstrate a short study of the existing racism in the northern part of the city of Cartagena. Explaining the inclusion that blacks have had on the part of the inhabitants of the sector but at the same time, how such discrimination is reflected from cases and experiences lived by the employees and workers of the neighborhood, supported by historical research carried out by experts on the subject. However, it is pertinent to clarify that this work does not have the objective of underestimating the Afro identity, much less overshadowing the importance of the black in Cartagena. | en-US |
| dc.description | En el presente artículo apoyado de investigaciones históricas realizadas por expertos en el tema, me propongo mostrar un corto estudio del racismo existente en la zona norte de la ciudad de Cartagena, explicando la exclusión que han tenido los negros por parte de los habitantes del sector, pero a su vez, cómo se refleja tal discriminación a partir de casos y experiencias vividas por los empleados y trabajadores del barrio. Sin embargo, es pertinente aclarar que este trabajo, no tiene el objetivo de menospreciar la identidad afro, ni mucho menos opacar la importancia del negro en Cartagena. | es-ES |
