dc.description.abstract	Utilizar herramientas administrativas y aplicarlas en el campo del desempeño laboral contribuye a optimizar los procesos y a mejorar la calidad de la atención en salud a los pacientes; por tal razón esta tesis de grado titulada Diseño de Indicadores de Gestión para evaluar un laboratorio de mediano nivel de complejidad, es un trabajo de aplicación donde se eligió como objeto de estudio un laboratorio clínico de Mediano nivel de complejidad ﬁLaboratorio Clínico Siglo XXI , sitio donde se realizó un diagnóstico de todos los macroprocesos, se priorizaron los procesos claves y se crearon formatos para la recolección de la información, con base en esta información se diseñaron indicadores de gestión que midieran la realidad de este laboratorio clínico; para probar los formatos creados y los indicadores diseñados se realizó una prueba piloto, en el sitio objeto de estudio, los resultados mostraron las fallas que existían y de esa forma se tomaron las correspondiente
dc.description.abstractenglish	To use administrative tools and to apply them in the field of the labour performance(discharge) helps to optimize the processes and to improve the quality of the attention in health to the patients; for such a reason this thesis of degree titled Design of Indicators of Management to evaluate one Laboratory of medium level of complexity, it is a work of application where there was chosen as object of study a clinical laboratory of Medium level of complexity " Clinical Laboratory 21st century ", I surround where there was realized a diagnosis of all the macroprocesses, the key processes were prioritized and formats were created for the compilation of the information, with base in this information there were designed indicators of management that were measuring the reality of this one Clinical laboratory; to prove(try) the created formats and the designed indicators a pilot test(proof) was realized, in the site(place) I object of study, the results showed the faults that existed and of this form corrective policies took them corresponding, that is to say the indicators expired to satisfaction with the expectations that were had on having designed them, and for the personnel that works in the Clinical Laboratory 21st century this study served for the best performance(discharge) of his(her,your) work and for the producers of this
