dc.description.abstract	El estudio de prefactibilidad presentado en este trabajo se realizo con el objetivo de contar con información adecuada sobre el proyecto de inversión a evaluar, mostrando las alternativas que se tienen y las condiciones que rodean al proyecto en general, se enuncia la clasificación del sector económico en el cual aplica el proyecto. Contiene información acerca del estudio de mercado, en donde se define todo lo relacionado al mismo (análisis de oferta, demanda, producto, plaza, distribución, etc.) donde se realiza un estudio de la tendencia del precio, el estudio técnico (microlocalización, macrolocalización y de higiene en general), estudio administrativo donde enuncia el personal operativo y sus respectivas funciones además de la estructura jerárquica de mando de la organización , estudio legal donde se define los procedimientos de constitución del negocio así como la forma de sociedad de la empresa a crear, y el estudio financiero cuyo objetivo
dc.description.abstractenglish	The feasibility study presented in this paper was conducted with the goal of having adequate information about the investment project to evaluate, showing the alternatives are and the conditions surrounding the project in general, expresses the economic sector classification which applies the project. Contains information about market research, where it defines everything related to it (analysis of supply, demand, product, place, distribution, etc..) Where a study is made of the trend of price, technical study (microlocation, Macro Trace and hygiene in general), management study which states the operational staff and their functions in addition to the hierarchical structure of command of the organization, legal study which defines the procedures for business establishment and the corporate form of business to create, and financial study aimed at organizing and systematizing the information of a monetary nature provided by the studies described above, preparing financial statements relevant to the case, performing the respective projections and determining business profitability.
