| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de la monografía es el Diseño del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad (S.G.C.) para la Empresa Social del Estado Hospital San Rafael de Oiba, según la Norma Técnica de Calidad en la Gestión Pública NTC-GP 1000. El SGC se diseño bajo la norma NTCGP 1000:2004 fiGestión de la Calidad en el Sector Público, con el fin de iniciar un proceso de calidad guiado a la prestación de excelentes servicios de salud y adoptar la Norma Técnica de Calidad en la Gestión Pública dada por la Ley 872 de 2003 y reglamentada por el Decreto 4110 de 2004. El proceso de diseño se planteó siguiendo el ciclo de mejora continua PHVA, dando inicio a este mediante el establecimiento de objetivos, marco teórico y legal aplicable y la planeación del programa de actividades, donde se realizó el diagnostico preliminar con el fin de encontrar el grado de cumplimiento del Hospital en cuanto a las exigencias de la Norma Técnica Colombiana, seguidamente se realizó la sensibilización y capacitación para dar inicio al diseño formal de la documentación tanto administrativa como misional. Se adelantaron algunas actividades de implementación y se realizaron recomendaciones para el mejoramiento continuo y la auditoria interna del sistema de gestión de la calidad, con el fin de verificar el cumplimiento de las actividades descritas en los procedimientos y su adecuación a los requisitos de la norma NTCGP 1000:2004. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The objective of the monograph is the Design of the System of Administration of the Quality (S.A.Q.) for the Social Company of the State Hospital San Rafael of Oiba, according to the Technical Norma of Quality in the Public Administration NTC-GP 1000. The S.A.Q. design under the norm NTCGP 1000:2004 "Administration of the Quality in the Public sector", with the purpose to begin a process of quality guided to the benefit of excellent services of health and to adopt the Technical Norma of Quality in the Public Administration given by the Law 872 of 2003 and regulated by the Ordinance 4110 of 2004. The design process thought about following the cycle of continuous improvement PHVA, beginning to this by means of the establishment of objectives, applicable theoretical and legal mark and the programming of the program of activities, where it was carried out the diagnose preliminary with the purpose of finding the grade of execution of the Hospital as for the Norma's Colombian Technique demands, subsequently it was carried out the sensitization and training to give beginning to the formal design of the documentation so much administrative as misional. They were ahead some implementation activities and they were carried out recommendations for the continuous improvement and the internal audit of the system of administration of the quality, with the purpose of verifying the execution of the activities described in the procedures and their adaptation to the requirements of the norm NTCGP 1000:2004. | |
