| dc.description.abstract | Actualmente hay la necesidad de actualizar los laboratorios de la universidad tanto en la parte de equipos y tecnología, como en la parte bibliográfica. Este trabajo de grado se enfocó en hacer una actualización de los contenidos y hacer una estructura nueva para las prácticas de laboratorio, que complementen la adquisición de nuevos equipos, para mejorar la formación de los egresados. Inicialmente se hizo una evaluación del desempeño de los estudiantes dentro del laboratorio, encontrando falencias en la parte de seguridad en el manejo del laboratorio y seguridad en la manipulación de los reactivos químicos. Por lo que se implementa en esta guía una completa orientación sobre estos temas. Se implementa una metodología para el trabajo dentro del laboratorio y para la realización de los informes lo cual permitirá el desarrollo ordenado de las actividades. Se hizo un capitulo completo sobre la descripción de los equipos y el procedimiento de cada una de las pruebas que se realizan dentro del laboratorio. Además se actualizó el contenido teórico básico para cada uno de los temas a tratar dentro de la asignatura y se implementó una guía interactiva para facilitar el acceso de los estudiantes a la información. Se implementa una parte práctica de fácil manejo por parte del estudiante, que contiene aspectos de seguridad, manejo de equipos, procedimientos y trece prácticas con una nueva estructura, adicionando la prueba de aguas residuales. Además los aspectos teóricos los podemos encontrar junto con la parte práctica en la guía interactiva anexa a este libro la cual se sugiere implementar de manera inmediata para el desarrollo de las actividades académicas dentro del laboratorio | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | Currently, there is the need to update the laboratories of the university so much in the part of equipment and technology, as in the bibliographical part. This thesis was focused in doing an update of the contents and doing a new structure for the laboratory practices, which complement the acquisition of new equipments, to improve the formation of the gone away ones. Initially an evaluation of the performance of the students inside the laboratory was done, finding weaknesses in the part of safety in the handling of the laboratory and safety in the manipulation of the chemical reagents. By what a finished orientation is implemented in this guide on these topics. A methodology is implemented for the work inside the laboratory and for the achievement of the reports which will allow to do well organized activities. A complete chapter on the description of the equipments and the procedure of each of the tests that are realized inside the laboratory was written. Also the theoretical basic content was updated for each of the topics to treat inside the subject and an interactive guide was implemented to facilitate the access of the students to the information. A practical part of easy handling is implemented on the part of the student, which contains safety aspects, handling of equipments, procedures and thirteen practices with a new structure, adding the test of wastewaters. Also we can find the theoretical aspects together with the practical part in the interactive attached guide to this book which we suggest to be used in an immediate way for the development of the academic activities inside the laboratory. | |
