dc.description.abstract	Los laboratorios de la Universidad industrial de Santander, han sentido la necesidad de implementar un Sistema de Calidad que asegure la confiabilidad de sus resultados. Este proyecto presenta el proceso que se llevó a cabo para poder documentar e implementar el SGC en el Laboratorio de Fluidos con el objetivo de cumplir con los requisitos establecidos en la Norma Internacional NTC ISO/IEC 17025:2005. Se hace una introducción en el tema de las Normas Internacionales de Calidad vigentes incluyendo la Norma NTC ISO/IEC 17025:2005; la importancia de mantener actualizado el SGC implementado consiguiendo con esto cumplir con las expectativas de los clientes. Esta Norma se establece como guía para la evaluación de la conformidad de los requisitos para calidad, eficacia, eficiencia y competencia aplicable a todos los laboratorios, independientemente de la naturaleza del ensayo que se realice. Además proporciona herramientas y la estructura necesaria para que el laboratorio de fluidos pueda generar confianza en sus ensayos a sus clientes mejorando su competitividad y productividad. El proceso empieza haciendo el diagnóstico del Laboratorio con respecto al estado de cumplimiento de los requisitos de la Norma NTC ISO/IEC 17025:2005 y el respectivo plan basándose en el Ciclo de Mejora Continua PHVA para desarrollar la documentación del SGC y su implementación; presentando al final las conclusiones del trabajo y dejando los soportes para auditorías futuras.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The laboratories of the industrial University of Santander, they have felt the need to implement a Qualit system that assures the reliability your results. This project presents the process that was carried out in order to document and implement the SGC in the Laboratory of Fluids with the objective of complying with the requirements established by the norm NTC ISO/IEC 17025:2005. Is an introduction on the issue of International Standards of Quality valid including the norm NTC ISO/IEC 17025:2005; the importance of maintaining the SGC implemented successfully with this meet the expectations of customers. This Norm establishes as guide for the evaluation of the conformity of the requirements for quality, efficiency, efficiency and competence applicable in all the laboratories, independently of the nature of the test that is realized. In addition it provides tools and the necessary structure in order that the laboratory of fluids could generate confidence in your tests to his clients improving your competitiveness and productivity. The process begins with the laboratory diagnosis with respect to the state of compliance with the requirements of the norm NTC ISO/IEC 17025:2005 and the respective plan based on the cycle of Continuos Improvement implementing to develop the documentation of SGC and its implementation; Presenting the final conclusions of the work and leaving the support for future audits.
