dc.description.abstract	La malla vial de Bucaramanga y su Área Metropolitana se encuentran afectadas por el paso de vehículos pesados en el sector urbano, ocasionando problemas de movilidad en la ciudad, contaminación ambiental y malestar social. Como alternativa de solución a esta problemática, el Instituto Nacional de Vías -INVIAS-, proyecta la Interconexión de la vía San Gil-Bucaramanga con la vía BucaramangaCúcutaste trabajo de monografía es netamente con fines pedagógicos y la información tomada presenta variaciones en cantidades y precios que no interfieren en el ejercicio de aprendizaje, por seguridad y confiabilidad de la información es de carácter RESERVADO; el objetivo es analizar la Prefactibilidad Financiera y Económica de la construcción del proyecto mencionado con anterioridad, que para efectos una variante vial que comunica con la vía Bucaramanga-Cúcuta. El estudio de Prefactibilidad Financiera consiste en determinar el componente financiero a lo largo del horizonte del proyecto, tomando como referencia el año base 2014 y de finalización el año 2039, con fuentes de financiación del sector público a través del INVIAS, organismo encargado a nivel nacional de infraestructura vial. El estudio Prefactibilidad Económica trabaja los costos y beneficios económicos a los que se expone la sociedad en el área de influencia. La información que alimenta el estudio es de fuente secundaria, tomada del Estudios Técnico y del Diagnóstico Ambiental de Alternativas del proyecto de la Interconexión de la vía San Gil-Bucaramanga con la vía BucaramangaCúcuta.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The highway network in Bucaramanga and its metropolitan area are affected by the transit of heavy vehicles in urban areas, causing mobility problems in the city, environmental pollution and social unrest. As an alternative solution to this problem, the National Roads Institute -INVIAS- projects the "Interconnection between the lanes San Gil-Bucaramanga and Bucaramanga-Cúcuta" in the pre-feasibility stage at Phase 1. This monographic work is purely for educational purposes and the informational content presents variations in the amounts and the prices that do not interfere with the exercise of learning, for the safety and reliability of the information which is CONFIDENTIAL; the objective is to analyze the Financial and Economic Feasibility of the project construction mentioned above, which for academic purposes is called "Building a turnoff which communicates with the Bucaramanga-ng the financial component along the horizon of the project, taking as a reference the base year 2014 and end year 2039, with funding sources from the public sector through INVIAS, entity in charge of the road infrastructure at a national level. The Economic Feasibility study works the costs and economic benefits that are exposed in the society of the area of influence. The information that feeds the study is a secondary source, taken from the Technical Studies and Environmental Assessment of Alternatives project "Interconnection between lanes San Gil-Bucaramanga and Bucaramanga-Cúcuta".
