dc.description.abstract	El presente proyecto tiene por objetivo “Determinar la viabilidad para el montaje de un laboratorio de pruebas y ensayos en concreto para las empresas del sector de la construcción en Bucaramanga”, este objetivo se pretende cumplir por medio del estudio técnico y financiero; es un modelo de negocio que puede ser atractivo para posibles interesados en este tipo de inversión. Los capítulos que contiene este trabajo de monografía son cuatro, partes fundamentales que permiten alimentar y soportar la viabilidad del laboratorio en Bucaramanga. Por medio del estudio de mercado se demuestra el potencial de clientes que tendrá el proyecto, el estudio legal revisa los diversos aspectos de la legislación nacional que podrían impedir el funcionamiento del negocio, la parte técnica contiene el estudio de las necesidades operativas, locativas y de recurso humano, los flujos de caja en el estudio financiero contienen la información en cuestión de recursos monetarios y además, se realiza una proyección a cinco años del posible comportamiento del laboratorio en materia de inversión teniendo en cuenta algunas variables tomadas como supuestos finalmente, la experiencia permite entrever unas conclusiones que se plasman al final del proyecto. Es necesario aclarar que este estudio se realizó con información basada en fuentes secundaria y algunos datos fueron supuestos que permitieron realizar la elaboración del estudio del proyecto.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The present project has for aim " Determine the viability for the assembly of a laboratory of tests and tests in I make concrete for the companies of the sector of the construction in Bucaramanga ", this aim tries to be fulfilled by means of the technical and financial study; he is a model of business who can be an attraction for possible interested parties in this type of investment. The chapters that this work of monograph contains are four, fundamental parts that allow to feed and to support the viability of the laboratory in Bucaramanga. By means of the market research there is demonstrated the clients' potential that will have the project, the legal study checks the diverse aspects of the national legislation that might prevent the functioning of the business, the technical part contains the study of the operative, renting needs and of human resource, the cash flows in the financial study contain the information concerning monetary resources and in addition, a projection is realized to five years of the possible behavior of the laboratory as for investment bearing some variables taken as suppositions in mind finally, the experience allows to guess a few conclusións that take form at the end of the project. It is necessary to clarify that this study was realized by information based on sources secondary and some information was supposed that they allowed to realize the production of the study of the project.
