| dc.description | A fundamental characteristic of society is the consolidation of a cultural system based on a set of values, which define the practices or behaviors of the subjects in a dynamic relationship. In this context we mention violence as a factor that historically crosses the life of the communities in their territories. An analysis is presented on the rural communities of the northwest of the department of Nariño, department of Colombia. The work arises from an ethnographic experience, analyzes the way in which the social fabric is broken due to the violence that has affected the territories. | en-US |

En este marco mencionamos la violencia como un factor que atraviesa históricamente la vida de las comunidades en sus territorios. Se presenta un análisis inicial sobre las comunidades campesinas del noroccidente del departamento de Nariño, departamento de Colombia. El trabajo surge desde una experiencia etnográfica, analiza la manera como se rompe el tejido social debido a la violencia que ha repercutido en los territorios. | es-ES |
