dc.description.abstract	En el presente trabajo de investigación se realizó un estudio sobre la formación por competencias, los objetos de aprendizaje y el contenido de la fatiga para dar cumplimiento a los objetivos del proyecto. A partir de la recolección de información sobre los diferentes conceptos acerca de los objetos de aprendizaje se crea Un objeto de aprendizaje es todo material didáctico reutilizable y modificable que aporte a la enseñanza y/o aprendizaje de una temática específica, el cual puede presentarse de forma digital o física propia del autor la cual es la base para el desarrollo del proyecto. Durante la ejecución del trabajo de grado, se elaboraron tres diferentes objetos de aprendizaje: un libro de apuntes, nueve diapositivas y tres talleres, los cuales fueron facilitadcompetitividad de la escuela de Ingeniería Mecánica de la UIS. Por último se propuso una modificación al contenido actual de la una definición para la competencia general de la misma y el planteamiento de dos resultados de aprendizaje para anexar al programa. 1
dc.description.abstractenglish	In the present investigation work, a study on competency training, learning objects and the content of fatigue was carried out to fulfill the objectives of this project. From the collection of information about the different concepts of learning object the following definition is created: "A learning object is all didactic material, reusable and modifiable that contributes to the teaching and/or learning of a specific theme, which can be presented in digital or physical form ", the basis for development of the project. During the execution of this work, three learning objects were elaborated: a book of notes, nine slides and three workshops, which were provided to teachers and students of master's in the subject "Fatigue and damage tolerance" in the TIC platform, in order to improve the performance and competitiveness of the School of Mechanical Engineering of the UIS. Finally, a modification to the current content of the subject was proposed, given as a recommendation a definition for the general competence of the subject and the presentation of two learning outcomes to be attached to the program. 3
