| dc.description | The Nazi regime has been recreated from the film over and over again in an attempt to show the horrors that were subjected thousands of people. We analyze the first film that portrayed the figure of Adolf Hitler. This was The Great Dictator, Charles Chaplin, who in 1940 showed the world, from the satiric humor, the engineering of this regime and the weaknesses of the dictator. Our purpose is to know what the humoristic resources that were appealed in the film and explore the possibilities of humor in film as an effective tool for understanding contemporary history were. | en-US |
| dc.description | El régimen nazi ha sido recreado desde el cine una y otra vez en un intento por mostrar los horrores a que fueron sometidas miles de personas. Analizaremos la primera película que retrató la figura de Adolf Hitler. Se trató de El Gran Dictador, de Charles Chaplin, que en 1940 mostró al mundo, desde el humor satírico, la ingeniería de este régimen y las debilidades del dictador. Nuestro propósito es conocer cuáles fueron los recursos humorísticos a los que se apeló en la película y explorar las posibilidades del humor en el cine como herramienta efectiva para comprender la historia contemporánea. | es-ES |
