dc.description.abstract	Comenzaremos explicando los problemas generados en los humedales de Bogota que se han visto afectados por el desarrollo de la Ciudad, donde no se tiene en cuenta la armonización del entorno, sino la construcción de proyectos que destruyen los ecosistemas existentes; También encontramos la falta de educación por parte de la Sociedad donde relacionan humedal a insalubridad, inseguridad y malos olores, prefiriendo el aislamiento de este valioso ecosistema. Analizados estos factores, la Empresa de Acueducto identifica y establece estrategias que permiten implementar un proceso de restablecimiento del área natural, dentro de este proceso podemos analizar la actitud positiva tomada por parte de la comunidad que conoce la problemática y mediante acciones legales, obliga al Distrito a desarrollar no solo el Proyecto de saneamiento ambiental (Boada Sáenz Ingenieros Cia Ltda.) en el que se plantean las obras de carácter hidráulico, como son el diseño de los colectores que recogen las aguas negras, sino que se realice la actualización del diagnóstico físico-biótico y socioeconómico mediante la recuperación de las Zonas de Ronda y Zonas de Manejo y Preservación Ambiental. Adicional como proceso evolutivo de las normas ambientales se desarrolla un tercer estudio denominado Proyecto de Restauración Ecológica y Adecuación Hidráulica - (Liliana Salazar López, Bióloga ESP. MSc.) En el cual se plantean las acciones para la recuperación integral en el diseño hidráulico y el fortalecimiento del ecosistema nativo basado en los censos realizados por un grupo interdisciplinario de profesionales. Como conclusión del estudio realizado se puede definir que la combinación de los criterios implementados, permitirá la conformación de un espacio de transición, que articula la estructura de la ciudad con el humedal, por ultimo enmarcamos que el cambio en la política ambiental sobre el manejo de los humedales, genera gran cantidad de estudios en beneficio de los recursos naturales existentes
dc.description.abstractenglish	Initially we will explain current problems of Bogota´s wetlands which have been affected by the development of the city. In the city™s development has not been taken into account the harmonization of environment but the construction projects, destroying the existing ecosystem that surrounds the constructions areas. We also found a lack of education as people usually associate wetlands with insalubrities, insecurity and odors; isolating this valuable ecosystem. Having analyzed these factors, Company of Aqueduct identifies and establishes strategies that enable to implement a restoration process of the natural areas. Within this process, we can analyze the positive attitude taken by the community who knows the issues. These people, through legal action requires the District to develop not only the environmental sanitization Project (Boada Saénz Engineering Co. Ltd.) which arise hydraulic works, such as the design of the collectors which collect the sewage; but to upgrade the physical-biotic and socio-economic diagnosis through the recovery of Round Areas and Management and Environmental Preservation Areas. Additional to the projects mentioned above and as an evolutionary process of environmental standards there is a third study called Ecological Restoration and Hydraulic Adequacy Project - (Liliana Salazar Lopez ESP Biologist. MSc.). This study raises the actions for the integral recovery in the hydraulic design and strengthening the native ecosystem based on censuses carried out by an interdisciplinary group of professionals. As conclusion of the study, it can be defined that the combination of the criteria in place, allow the formation of a transitional space, which articulates the structure of the city with the wetland. We also concluded that the change in environmental policy on the management of wetlands, generates large number of studies for the benefit of existing natural resources
