| dc.description.abstract | Si bien es cierto que la Universidad en América latina, se ha valorado desde el punto de vista económico, se hace necesario también cuestionarse sobre la función cultural de la universidad, a la cual no se le da la importancia que ésta merece. En la constitución política de Colombia y en la ley general de educación, se establece como fin la preservación y divulgación de la cultura Nacional. Así, las instituciones educativas son las primeras que deben liderar procesos socio_x0002_culturales para rescatar y preservar el folclor Nacional. Es por esto que se propone una monografía que tiene por tema “la formación universitaria, una oportunidad para el rescate, preservación y divulgación de la cultura folclórica musical”. Un trabajo de reflexión y análisis crítico que evidencia la necesidad de una formación universitaria, donde la universidad cumpla las funciones para las cuáles fue creada y específicamente en la carrera de licenciatura en música que ofrece la UIS, promover la música folclórica regional y colombiana. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | Although it is well known that the Latin American Universities has been valued from the economical point of view, it is becoming necessary to question itself about the cultural function of the university, to which is not given the importance that this one deserves. In the Colombian political constitution and the general education law, it is settle down like aim the preservation and spreading of the National culture. Thus, the educative institutions are the first one to promote sociocultural processes to rescue and to preserve the National folklore. It is by that a monograph sets out that has by subject "the university formation, an opportunity to the rescue, preservation and spreading of the musical culture folkloric". A work of reflection and critical analysis that demonstrates the necessity of a university formation, where the university acts as for what it was created and specifically in Music Bachelor that the UIS offers, promoting regional and Colombian folkloric music. | |
