| dc.description | Desde los años 2000, agrupaciones de víctimas del franquismo luchan para la verdad, la justicia y la reparación. Muchas agrupaciones recopilaron testimonios de descendientes de víctimas. A pesar de este trabajo de larga duración, el Estado no ha respondido a este deseo de ir más allá. La Asociación para la Recuperación de la Memoria histórica emprendió desde 2008 otro labor, dirigiéndose a la justicia argentina bajo el principio de justicia universal. Este articulo presentado aquí tiene como objetivo volver sobre lo que se llama el caso Guadalajara y La Querella Argentina. Cómo esta nueva dirección ha llegado en fin, a tener verdad, justicia y reparación. | es-ES |
| dc.description | Since 2002, NGOs in Spain fought crimes of Franco Regime to recover truth, justice and reparation. Even if they succeeded in collecting a large range of testimonies, the Spanish State is not responding to their desire to go further. The Association for the Recovery of Historical Memory, in 2008 started to turn to the international sphere, the Argentinian justice under the principal of universal justice. This article aims to define what is the Guadalajara Case and in a larger scale the Argentinian Querelle, which will provide a new way of thinking truth, justice and reparation. | en-US |
