RESUMEN La mirada abierta y humana de la creciente violencia colombiana, que en un 83%correspondea múltiples formas de violencia cotidiana, lleva desde el horizonte pedagógico, a buscar responder de forma aproximada a la pregunta: ¿Qué nos ha ido pasando a los colombianos, para que de espectadores o victimas de la violencia nos vayamos sistemáticamente convirtiendo en victimarios o actores?Se plantea una explicación en tres fases, de las reacciones mentales de los colombianos frente a la violencia: Estado de Schok, Apatía y Liberación. Como alternativa pedagógico-educativa, se propone generar un movimiento sociocultural por la Paz, de forma que ésta se conciba y se asuma como un proyecto cultural y político en permanente construcción, que genere procesos de participación, democratización y humanización de los espacios públicos y/o privados en los cuales interactuamos cotidianamente; proceso que debe orientarse en tres etapas: Sensibilización, Concientización y Compromiso. Los proyectos a nivel micro y macro han de buscar la concertación ciudadana, como de las organizaciones de la Sociedad Civil y del Estado, en pro de plantear y desarrollar un proyecto político que haga posible la construcción de la sociedad y país que queremos.
SUMMARYFrom a pedagogical perspective, and anthropocentric look at Colombia's increasing violence, lead us to seek answers to the question What could have happened to US, colombian's who have a bandonated their role of spectators or victims, to become agents or victimizers? Colombia's mental reactions towards violence are explained, considering three different states shock, apathy and liberation. A proposal for generating a socio-cultural movement for Peace is presented, from the educational view point. Such movement is conceived as a political and cultural project under permanent construction, which should aim at humanizing public or private context in which we interact daily. This humanization process can be structured around three different satges: an initial period of familiarization with the aim of the project, a time to internalize these aim and a final stage of compromise. Both at the macro and microlevels, the project should aim at achieving public and private consensus around the construction of a new society and consequently, a new country.
