| dc.description.abstract | Es muy común en nuestro medio relacionar al Hospital como una entidad a donde se recurre con la finalidad de recuperar la salud, o donde se realizan acciones de reconocimiento para establecer si nuestro organismo está con buena salud que nos permita realizar nuestras actividades cotidianas, y por lo tanto dicha relación se circunscribe al pensamiento que allí se encontrará médicos, enfermeras, medicinas y en alguna medida equipos que facilitarán dicha labor, sin embargo debido al desarrollo tecnológico en equipamiento y maquinaria cada vez más creciente en nuestros días a los que no se escapan Dentro de los Hospitales y establecimientos de Salud en general, se hace necesario conocer el valor que se merece tanto el mantenimiento hospitalario en este contexto, como el sentido gerencial con que debe tratarse. Con este Objetivo es que se presenta el concepto de mantenimiento orientado al riesgo, minimizando este riesgo para el paciente y para el operario y adicionalmente el de organizar correctamente la información y el proceso de mantenimiento para nuestro contexto mas especifico como lo es el hospital local de Tauramena Completamente se trata de los aspectos de la organización del departamento de mantenimiento, así como de sus recursos Humanos, físicos, y financieros Además, aporta el conocimiento a las regiones del país donde por diversas razones no llega.1 | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | It is very common in our way to relate to the Hospital as an entity to where it is appealed by the purpose of recovering the health, or where actions of recognition are realized to establish if our organism is with good health that allows us to realize our daily activities, and therefore the above mentioned relation circumscribes to the thought that there will find doctors, nurses, medicines and in some measurement teams that will facilitate the above mentioned work, nevertheless due to the technological development in equipment and more and more increasing machinery in our days to which they do not escape. Inside the Hospitals and establishments of Health in general, is necessary to know the value that is deserved by both the hospital maintenance in this context and the management sense which should be treated. With this Objective it is presented the concept of risk maintenance oriented, so that diminishing this risk for both patient and worker. Additionally we will be able to organize in a proper way both maintenance information and maintenance process for our context which is hospital local de Tauramenafl It is all about the aspects of the organization of the maintenance department, as well as, human, physical and financial resources. What is more, we take this knowledge to regions separated where the knowledge it is focused.2 | |
