dc.description.abstract	El proyecto presenta la estructuración de un sistema de gestión de calidad para el laboratorio de Análisis PVT de la Universidad Industrial de Santander, basado en la norma internacional NTC ISO 17025 del 2005 para evaluar la competencia del laboratorio en la realización de sus actividades. Las pruebas que el laboratorio de Análisis PVT realiza son de vital importancia en el área de hidrocarburos, ayudan a caracterizar el fluido en el yacimiento y esto a su vez ayuda a la hora de desarrollar el proceso de explotación en un campo petrolero. El desarrollo del trabajo inicio con el diagnóstico que se realizó en el laboratorio para verificar el estado actual referente al cumplimiento de los requisitos de la norma NTC ISO 17025 del 2005, para una buena estructuración es necesario analizar los resultados del diagnóstico, saber la capacidad disponible del laboratorio definiendo su alcance referente a la gestión, documentar todos los procedimientos requeridos, identificar los procesos de entrada y salida del laboratorio, con el fin de satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes y consolidarse como ente eficiente y eficaz en la realización de sus pruebas. Dejando así las pautas necesarias para preparar y realizar la implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad en el laboratorio de Análisis PVT de la Escuela de Ingeniera de Petróleos para su previa acreditación por una organización calificada.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The Project presents the Structuring of The Quality Management System for the PVT Lab Analysis from Universidad Industrial de Santander, based on the International Norm NTC ISO 17025 of 2005 to evaluate the competition of the laboratory in the testing activities. Tests done by the PVT Lab Analysis are very important in the hydrocarbon sector, those tests help to the characterization of the reservoir fluid and at the same time they help in the development of the production process. The development started with a diagnosis that was made in the laboratory to check the current state concerning compliance of the requirements established in the Norm NTC ISO 17025, for a good structuring it is necessary to analyze the results of the diagnosis, have knowledge of the capacities available in the laboratory defining its scope concerning to management, to do research in all the procedures required, to identify the entries and outs of the procedures in the laboratory, in order to satisfy the necessities of the clients and consolidate the laboratory as an efficient and effective entity in its testing activities. Giving this way the necessary guidelines to prepare and make the implementation of The Quality Management System in the PVT lab Analysis from The Petroleum Engineering School for its accreditation by a qualified organization.
