| dc.description | El siguiente artículo presenta una propuesta metodológica para dar solución al problema delocalización de instalaciones industriales o empresariales. Este problema se presenta cuandouna compañía va a expandir sus operaciones comerciales o cuando se va a crear una nuevaempresa. El modelo consta de dos fases: la primera fase se basa en un método heurístico deponderación de factores de localización (arrendamientos, leyes locales, costo de mano de obra,etc.) en donde se busca seleccionar los lugares con mayores potencialidades para ubicar lasinstalaciones; la segunda fase valida a través de un método matemático cada una de laslocalizaciones potenciales que han sido propuestas por el método heurístico a fin de determinarel lugar o los lugares óptimos de ubicación | es-ES |
| dc.description | This paper presents a methodological proposal to solve the location ofindustrial and enterpriseinstallation problem. This malter arises when a company is about to expand its commercialoperations or when a new enterprise is to be created. The model contains two phases: thefirst oneis based on the heurístic method oflocation factors ponderation (rent, locallaws, labour force,etc) which altempts to select the places with higher potentialities to locate the installations. Thesecondphase, which ís carried out by means ofa mathematical method, validates every potentiallocation which has been proposed by the heuristic method to determine the optimallocation. | en-US |
