| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de este documento es buscar establecer una estructura administrativa y técnica completamente sólida y organizada, teniendo en cuenta las necesidades de organización e implantación de métodos y procedimientos de trabajo que tiene el departamento de mantenimiento y producción de Hielos Cucuta Ltda; trabajando bajo los conceptos teóricos de gestión de mantenimiento, proceso administrativo, sistemas de información para el mantenimiento, recursos humanos, salud ocupacional y gestión ambiental, donde la prioridad es conseguir manejar e interrelacionar todas aquellas variables técnicas y administrativas que rodean al mantenimiento. Con el desarrollo de este proyecto podemos asegurar el proceso de mejora continua en la gestión del mantenimiento, ya que en el modelo propuesto se resalta la necesidad de colocar en práctica la retroalimentación de los resultados de la ejecución del mantenimiento que actualizará de manera estratégica y conceptual las diferentes herramientas diseñadas para administrar el mantenimiento. Los resultados de este proyecto se verán reflejados en la manera rápida, eficiente y económica de manejar las variables técnicas y administrativas que nos sirven para planear, organizar, dirigir y controlar el mantenimiento; y así asegurar un clima organizacional de trabajo bastante apto en el departamento de mantenimiento para desarrollar las fortalezas del recurso humano y así contribuir con el aumento en la disponibilidad y confiabilidad de los equipos, garantizando una producción continua con la disminución de las paradas imprevistas de los equipos. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The objective of this document is to look for to establish a solid and completely organized administrative and technical structure, considering the necessities of organization and implantation of methods and procedures of work that has the department of maintenance and production in Hielos Cúcuta Ltda.; working under the theoretical concepts of management of maintenance, administrative process, human information systems for the maintenance, resources, occupational health and environmental management, where the priority is to be able to handle and to interrelate all those technical and administrative variables that surround to the maintenance. With the development of this project we can assure the process continuous improvement in the management of the maintenance, since in the proposed model the necessity is emphasized to place in practice the feedback of the results of the execution of the maintenance that will update of way strategic and conceptual the different designed tools to administer the maintenance. The results of this project will be reflected in the way fast, efficient and economic to handle the technical and administrative variables that serve us to plan, to organize, to direct and to control the maintenance; and thus to assure a organizational climate quite apt work in the maintenance department to develop the strengths of the human resource and thus to contribute with the increase in the availability and trustworthiness of the equipment, guaranteeing a continuous production with the diminution of the unexpected shutdowns of the equipment. | |
