| dc.description | Este artículo de investigación tiene como objetivo iluminar la figura y obra de Fernando de Roa, profesor de la Universidad de Salamanca en el siglo XV quien detentó la Cátedra de Filosofía Moral y la aclamada Cátedra Prima de Teología, a quien debemos una de las logradas formulaciones de los conceptos de monarquía limitada y principado electivo. Fue Roa uno de los inspiradores del movimiento de las Comunidades de Castilla, abogado de la causa ciudadana frente a las clases populares y a la nobleza de sangre, un claro defensor del sometimiento del rey a la comunidad y su Derecho. | es-ES |
