dc.description.abstract	CTP Ltda (Cooperativa de trabajadores profesionales) ,es una empresa del sector solidario que trabaja dentro de un marco de responsabilidad Ambiental, enfocada a la prevención de la contaminación y al mejoramiento continuo, decide implementar a su Sistema de Gestión Integral el Sistema de Gestión Ambiental basados en la NTC-ISO 14001:2004. La organización comprometida con generar cultura Ambiental, conciencia y sensibilización y con el objetivo de lograr la certificación Ambiental, cuenta con un equipo de trabajo enfocado en gestionar los Aspectos e Impactos Ambientales de todas las actividades presentes en sus áreas de trabajo: administración, valorización e interventoría. El presente trabajo de Diseño e Implementación del SGA en la empresa CTP Ltda, está basado en el ciclo Deming (Planear, Hacer, Verificar, Actuar) e inicia con la identificación de los Aspectos e Impactos Ambientales: determinación de áreas y/o actividades rutinarias y no rutinarias, evaluación de Aspectos e Impactos Ambientales y determinación de controles, para lo cual es establecido el Panorama Ambiental en CTP Ltda. Se establecen dos programas de Gestión: Optimización de Recursos y Manejo de Residuos para mitigar los impactos más significativos asociados a las actividades realizadas por la organización y se crean jornadas de Sensibilización para inculcar conciencia Ambiental en los trabajadores de la Cooperativa. Adicionalmente se alimenta la matriz de requisitos legales de la organización con la legislación en materia Ambiental y se evalúan los mismos. Finalmente se realiza un Simulacro Ambiental en las oficinas administrativas de CTP con el objetivo de poner en marcha el Plan de emergencias Ambientales elaborado y se recibe una auditoría interna y posteriormente la auditoría externa con el ente certificador SGS, el cual otorga la licencia a la organización.
dc.description.abstractenglish	CTP Ltda e), is a company of the solidary sector that works into an improvement, decides to implement to its Integral Management System the Environmental Management System based on the NTC-ISO 14001:2004. The organization committed to generate environmental culture, conscience and sensitization and with the objective to achieve the environmental certification, it counts with a working team focused on the management of environmental aspects and impacts in all activities present on its work areas: administration, valorization, and interventory. The present work of Design and Implementation of the SGA in the company CTP Ltda., is based on the Deming cycle (Plan, do, Verify, Act) and starts with the identification of the environmental aspects and impacts: determination of areas and/or routine and not routine activities, Environmental Aspects and Impacts evaluation and determination of controls, for which it is established the Environmental Panorama in CTP Ltda. There are two management programs established: Resources Optimization and Waste Handling to mitigate the most significant impacts associated to the activities developed by the organization and there are created sensitization time-days to inculcate Environmental conscience to the workers of environmental legislation and they are evaluated. Finally it is made an Environmental simulation in the administrative offices of CTP with the objective to start the Environmental Emergencies Plan developed and receives an intern auditory and then an extern auditory with the certifier SGS, which gives the license to the organization.
