dc.description.abstract	Este trabajo comenzó con una investigación general, mediante la cual se recopiló la máxima información posible acerca del funcionamiento y organización de la Empresa, cuyo objetivo es conocer sus áreas con las fortalezas y debilidades frente al SGC. Para concretar esta etapa se realizaron las siguientes actividades: - Visitas a terreno, en donde se establecieron contactos con diferentes aéreas. - Revisión de documentos, incluyendo básicamente Informes y Manuales. - Entrevistas. 2. Una vez concluida esta etapa se debe desarrollar los pasos requeridos por la NTC-ISO 14001 de SGA, en donde primero que todo se identifican los aspectos y evalúan los impactos relacionados a las actividades. 3. Planificación del SGA, estableciéndose Políticas, Objetivos y Metas Ambientales. Además se complementan los Requisitos Legales. Aspectos ambientales (Examen Previo, Revisión Ambiental Inicial, Inventario de Fuentes Contaminantes). Es el proceso que tiene las empresas para identificar los aspectos ambientales significativos que se consideren prioritarios para su sistema de gestión ambiental. Este proceso debe tomar en cuenta el costo y el tiempo para emprender el análisis y la disponibilidad de datos confiables. Se puede emplear en este procedimiento la información disponible sobre regulaciones u otras finalidades. Cada empresa podrá también tener en cuenta el grado de control práctico que tenga sobre los aspectos ambientales que se estén considerando. 4. Programación del proceso de Implementación y Operación de la Norma NTC- ISO 14001. 5. Desarrollo e implementación de los Procedimientos que controlarán, tanto al SGA como el funcionamiento de la organización.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This work began with an inquiry by which we collected as much information as possible about the functioning and organization of the Company, whose aim is to know the areas with the strengths and weaknesses compared to CMS.
