| dc.description | RESUMEN Desde planteamientos constructivistas, la educación se ha concebido como un proceso de construcción del conocimiento a partir de unos conocimientos experienciales previos o prenociones. En este trabajo ponemos de manifiesto las peculiaridades de la docencia universitaria de la sociología a la luz de la cultura experiencial de los alumnos. Las prenociones de los alumnos (prenotions) desempeñan un papel crucial en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje, por lo que la toma de conciencia de su existencia y su posterior identificación y esclarecimiento resultarán fundamentales para la docencia de una disciplina como la Sociología. Summary From constructivistas expositions, the education has conceived like a process of construction of the knowledge from previous experienciales knowledge or slight knowledge. In this work we show the peculiarities of university teaching of sociology to the light of the experiencial culture of the students. The slight knowledge of the students (prenotions) play a crucial role in the education process and learning, reason why the taking of conscience of their existence and its later identification and elucidation will be fundamental for teaching of a discipline like Sociology.
