| dc.description.abstract | En BP ( British Petroleum ) a nivel mundial se promulgó un estándar para normalizar la seguridad en los procesos y lograr la integridad en las instalaciones. El objetivo es mostrar un plan que permita asegurar que esta norma se implementará correctamente. El proyecto muestra inicialmente las metodologías que posee la compañía para poder manejar los riesgos; Este manejo se divide en identificación de peligros, evaluación de riesgos y control de los mismos. Posteriormente se muestra el estándar para que haya una idea de este; Aunque debido a su extensión y el alcance del proyecto, se hace énfasis en el elemento número uno (Evaluación de Riesgos). Esta presentación indica los aspectos básicos, las razones que llevaron a crear el estándar y el alcance del mismo, además de las responsabilidades, autoridades y los indicadores claves de desempeño. Finalmente se muestra el plan, el cual parte de un análisis de vacíos en donde se indica el estado en el que se encuentra la organización, luego lo que el estándar solicita y finalmente lo que hace falta para cumplir con los requisitos. El aseguramiento de este plan consiste en asignar las tareas o responsabilidades claramente y registrarlas en el sistema interno donde se hace un seguimiento. Se puede destacar al final que el manejo de riesgos es tema obligado de todas las compañías petroleras a nivel mundial y que las personas y el medio que los rodea son parte importante en este sector. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | In BP (British Petroleum) at world level a standard was promulgated to normalize the security in the processes and to achieve the integrity in the facilities. The objective is to show a plan that allows to assure that this norm will be implemented correctly. The project shows the methodologies that it possesses the company to be able to manage the risks initially; This handling is divided in identification of dangers, evaluation of risks and control of the same ones. Later on the standard is shown so that there is an idea of this; Although due to its extension and the reach of the project, emphasis is made in the element number one (Evaluation of Risks). This presentation indicates the basic aspects, the reasons that took to create the standard and the reach of the same one, besides the responsibilities, authorities and the key indicators of acting. Finally the plan is shown, which leaves of an analysis of holes where the state is indicated then in the one that is the organization, what the standard requests and finally that is necessary to fulfill the requirements. The insurance of this plan consists on to assign the tasks or responsibilities clearly and to register them in the internal system where a pursuit is made. It can stand out at the end that the handling of risks is forced topic from all the oil companies to world level and that people and the means that it surrounds them are important part in this sector. | |
