| dc.description | RESUMENSe realizó un estudio, donde se buscó una relación matemática que permitiera expresar los Azúcares Reductores Totales (ART) en función de los grados Brix y el contenido de sacarosa en las mezclas que se alimentan como materia prima a una destilería en un Ingenio azucarero para que puedan extrapolarse a los demás ingenios con destilerías anexas en Colombia; esto, dado que los ART son una medida indirecta del azúcar disponible en los jugos, melazas y mieles para ser fermentado.
