| dc.description | One of the most common work model used to contribute to the oil supply is based in the local stimulation of producing wells, where is intended to minimize the skin around the perforation and increase the flow available area. Within these techniques the hydraulic fracturing stands out, in which a series of fractures are induced in the net pay by the injection of a high pressured fluid and a granular material. This work studies and evaluates the use of different ultralight proppants as supporting agents in hydraulic fractures, physical properties of these materials are determined and analyzed in the laboratory to prove different work scenarios. From the results and the collected data from other studies, a structured methodology is designed with established criteria and limiting factors to make a conscious choice. | en-US |
| dc.description | Uno de los modelos de trabajo más empleados para suplir la creciente demanda de petróleo a nivel mundial se basa en la estimulación local de pozos productores, donde se busca reducir el daño alrededor de las perforaciones y aumentar el área disponible de flujo; entre estas técnicas se destaca el fracturamiento hidráulico, aplicación en la que se inducen una serie de fracturas en la formación de interés mediante la inyección de un fluido a alta presión, acompañado de un material granular que actúa como agente de soporte de las fracturas. En este trabajo se estudia y evalúa el uso de diversos propantes ultralivianos como agentes de sostén de fracturas hidráulicas, se determinan y analizan propiedades físicas de estos materiales a nivel de laboratorio bajo diversos escenarios de trabajo. A partir de estos resultados, integrados a información técnica identificada en otros estudios, se elabora una metodología estructurada donde se establecen criterios y factores limitantes para su selección. | es-ES |
