dc.description.abstract	El presente documento plantea en su contenido el establecimiento de los lineamientos para el control y seguimiento ambiental durante el transcurso de la ejecución del proyecto. Waste Management S.A., se genera ante una necesidad de la empresa, para el cumplimiento del desarrollo sostenible del medio ambiente, que mitigue, prevenga, controle y compense los impactos ambientales negativos que se puedan presentar durante el proceso de tratamiento de aguas servidas cuyo propósito es la realización del presente documento. El cuerpo general del documento se compone de la descripción general del proyecto, teniendo en cuenta su ubicación que es de vital importancia, la identificación y evaluación de aspectos e impactos ambientales, plan de manejo ambiental y plan de contingencia. El plan de manejo ambiental se toma como una buena práctica para el desarrollo sostenible del medio ambiente y del mismo modo para dar cumplimiento con las políticas de la compañía, pues a través de este se puede prever las actividades riesgosas que generan afectación sobre el entorno tanto social como ambiental. La identificación y manejo adecuado de estos riesgos definirán el éxito o fracaso de un proyecto. Se debe actualizar y divulgar al personal el Medevac y el Plan de Manejo Ambiental cada vez que se requiera. En cuanto a las brigadas se deben capacitar cada año y realizar simulacros. En el plan de contingencia del proyecto, se deben realizar capacitaciones, simulacros y divulgación a todo el personal de TWM de eventos que se presenta en otras empresas para colocar barreras ante el riesgo que se pueda presentar.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This paper presents in content establishing guidelines for environmental control and monitoring during the course of project implementation. The project "Environmental Management Plan for wastewater treatment for Total Waste Management Company SA is generated before a business necessity, to fulfill the sustainable development of the environment, mitigate, prevent, control and compensate the impacts negative environmental that may arise during wastewater treatment whose purpose is the realization of this document. The general body of the document contains a general description of the project, considering its location which is of vital importance, identification and evaluation of environmental aspects and impacts, environmental management plan and contingency plan. The environmental management plan is taken as a good practice for sustainable development of the environment and likewise to comply with company policies, because through this you can predict risky activities that generate involvement on the environment both social and environmental. The identification and appropriate management of these risks will define the success or failure of a project. You must update and disseminate the Medevac staff and Environmental Management Plan whenever required. As for the brigades should be trained each year and conduct drills. In the project contingency plan, drills should be conducted outreach training, and the entire staff TWM event that occurs in other companies to place barriers to risk that may
