| dc.description.abstract | Este libro presenta las acciones y tareas desarrolladas para la adjudicación de un campo de hidrocarburos para la Universidad Industrial de Santander dentro del marco y proyecto de mejorar la formación integral del estudiante al igual que los procesos de investigación aplicados en campo. Se muestra un y análisis de la experiencia que ha tenido la Escuela Politécnica del Litoral -ESPOL-, de la República del Ecuador, y de la Universidad del Oriente -UDO-, de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela en la administración y operación de campos de hidrocarburos por medio de prestación de servicios o contratos directos de operación que han permitido el crecimiento de las universidades. Se presenta un esquema del modelo contractual a firmar entre la UIS y el inversionista, el esquema y organigrama del área gerencial, el departamento administrativo y operativo, los cargos, perfiles y funciones de la empresa de carácter limitada para la administración, explotación y operación del campo de hidrocarburos bajo los criterios básicos contenidos en el plan de desarrollo propuesto. El libro presenta todas y cada una de las acciones adelantadas por la Escuela de Ingeniería de Petróleos, en representación de la Universidad Industrial de Santander, y la Empresa Colombiana de Petróleos ECOPETROL S.A. Se describen los elementos claves para el análisis técnico-económico del campo de hidrocarburos con el fin de permitirle a la universidad una toma de decisiones más efectiva. Se incluyen los conceptos jurídicos de la Universidad para su participación en la conformación de la empresa, y la normatividad general en el área de los hidrocarburos, la ciencia y tecnología, manuales de contratación y laboral bajo los cuales se sustenta la propuesta. Contiene las conclusiones y recomendaciones que desde mi experiencia en la elaboración del proyecto considero importantes para el avance futuro y la consolidación de la propuesta. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This book presents the actions and tasks carried out to assign a hydrocarbon field to the Universidad Industrial de Santander -UIS- into the frame and the project to improve the student's integral formation as well as that the research processes applied in the field. It introduces a and analysis of the experience that The Escuela Politecnica del Littoral, from the Republic of Ecuador, has had and of the Universidad del Oriente -UDO-, from the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in the administration and operation of hydrocarbons fields by services and direct operation contracts that have allowed the growth of the universities. A scheme of the contractual model to sing between the UIS and the investors is presented. The scheme and management area organization chart, the administrative and operative department, the charges, profiles and functions of the limited character enterprise to the administration, exploration and operation of the hydrocarbon field under basic criteria contents in the proposed development plan. The book presents all and each of the actions taken by The Petroleum Engineering School, on behalf of UIS, and the Empresa Colombiana de Petroleos COPETROL S.A. A description of the key elements for the technical and economical analysis for the hydrocarbons field is presented, in order to allow the university to make decisions in a more effective way. The jurist concept of the University to take part in the enterprise creation, and the general policies in the hydrocarbons area, the science and technology, contracting and labor manuals under which the proposal is supported are included It contains a series of conclusions and recommendations that, from my own experience in the making of the project, I consider important to the further advance and consolidation of the proposal. | |
