dc.description.abstract	Los líderes dentro de las organizaciones olvidan a diario o nunca les ha interesado la necesidad latente por preservar el medio ambiente y por mantener buenas costumbres y relaciones armónicas en el dúo ﬁmedio - comunidadﬂ. Con el presente trabajo de grado se describe la metodología que debe aplicarse para desarrollar el informe que permite evaluar la implementación del programa Hospital Verde en cualquier institución prestadora del servicio de salud. Dicho programa contribuye a mejorar los resultados medibles del sistema de gestión ambiental de las empresas participantes brindando capacitación y oportunidades de implementar políticas de producción más limpia. Sus logros han radicado hasta el momento en ahorros económicos y ambientales que favorecen al organismo implementador y a su entorno. Este reconocimiento se caracteriza por ser el primero en su género en nuestro país. Además para las instituciones que obtienen excelentes resultados es visto como un verdadero compromiso a servir de ejemplo ante las demás y a convertirse en verdaderas promotoras del desarrollo sostenible del país. La presentación del estudio se mostrará en dos capítulos distribuidos de la siguiente forma: el primer capítulo ofrece una idea completa del programa, describiendo objetivos, elementos, principios, jurado evaluador, entre otros. En el capítulo dos se encuentra el desarrollo del informe realizado por el Instituto del Corazón de Bucaramanga, institución que se acogió al certamen desde el año 2008 y que ha llevado a cabo una autogestión ambiental digna de mostrar.
dc.description.abstractenglish	Leaders within organizations forget daily or never been interested in the underlyin need to preserve the environment and to maintain good behavior and harmonious relations in the duet ﬁmedia-community.ﬂ The present work describes the methodology that must be applied, to develop the report that allows the evaluation, concerning the implementation of the program, Hospital Verde in any health care institution. This program helps to improve the measurable results of the system of environmental management of the Companies involved, offering training and opportunities to implement policies of cleaner production. Its achievements have traduced to the moment in economic and environmental savings which favor the organism and his environment. This recognition is characterized by being the first of its kind in our country. In addition the institutions that get excellent results are seen as a true example to the others and become true promoters of sustainable development of the country. The presentation of the study appears in two chapters distributed as follows: The first chapter provides a complete picture of the program, describing objectives, elements, principles, evaluating jury, among others. Chapter two is the development of the report by the Instituto Del Corazón De Bucaramanga, an institution that has developed the program since 2008 and has carried out an environmental management self worthy of display.
