| dc.description | Often, there are conceptual differences between politicians, officials, academics and professionals on key concepts related to forms of administrative organization of the State and in relation to the categorization of the various subjects who directs their actions. Settle these differences contribute to the implementation of the modernization of the State. It is also necessary to distinguish conceptually between different degrees of protection can be invoked by natural and legal persons in the administration. To help settle these conceptual differences, we will propose some key definitions related to governance, from a literature review and analysis of the actions of the state. | en-US |
| dc.description | Frecuentemente, existen discrepancias conceptuales entre políticos, funcionarios, académicos y profesionales, sobre conceptos clave relativos a las formas de organización administrativa del Estado y en relación a la categorización de los diversos sujetos a quienes dirige su accionar. Saldar esas diferencias, contribuirá a la implementación de la modernización del Estado. Asimismo, resulta necesario, distinguir conceptualmente entre los diferentes grados de protección que pueden invocar las personas físicas y jurídicas frente a la administración. Para contribuir a reducir estas diferencias conceptuales, propondremos algunas definiciones claves en materia de gestión pública, a partir de una revisión bibliográfica y del análisis del accionar del Estado. | es-ES |
