dc.description.abstract	En este trabajo se describe el desarrollo de los documentos preliminares del manual de operaciones y manual de procedimientos para la Unidad de Destilación de Crudo perteneciente al cliente de la compañía GP Colombia LTDA. nombrado como La Refinería. Además se presenta la metodología de desarrollo del entrenamiento en conocimientos fundamentales realizado en conjunto con los demás desarrolladores a través de la práctica. Los tres documentos hacen parte del proyecto de Combustibles Limpios y tienen el fin de entrenar a los operarios de La Refinería para asegurar el buen funcionamiento de todas las unidades. El entrenamiento en conocimientos fundamentales ya está siendo implementado en campo, en tanto los dos manuales están en fase preliminar y se consideran el modelo para seguir el desarrollo de las demás unidades. El manual de operaciones es el documento de referencia para la operación de la unidad, aquí se explican procedimientos de manera general, se describe el control, monitoreo, solución de problemas, equipos, instrumentación y demás información que un operario necesita conocer. Por otro lado, el manual de procedimientos es la guía principal del operario para llevar a cabo cualquier operación de la unidad. El seguimiento del desarrollo durante la práctica fue llevado a cabo por los ingenieros staff Iván Barrera y Cristhian Cantillo.
dc.description.abstractenglish	Over this work, the development of preliminary operating manual and procedures manual is described, these documents are specific for the Crude Distillation Unit belonging to the GP Colombia LTDA. client maned as La Refinería. In addition, the development methodology for a fundamental training is presented as a work completed together with the other developers through the internship. These three documents are part of the Clean Fuels project and are intended to train La Refinería operators to ensure smooth operation of all units. The fundamental training is already being implemented in field, while the two manuals are in the preliminary phase and are considered the basis to follow the development of other units. The operating manual is the reference document for the operation of the unit, here procedures are explained in a general way; the control, monitoring, troubleshooting, equipment, instrumentation and other information that an operator needs to know is described in this manual. On the other hand, the procedures manual is the main guide for operators when they need to perform any operation on the unit. The follow-up of the development during the internship was carried out by the staff engineers Iván Barrera and Cristhian Cantillo.
