| dc.description | The trajectories of the Association of Progressive Women Summit - Amuproc - are presented in their struggles for the right to the city through community development and their contribution to the emergence of new forms of territorial significance. This document presents the contribution to the theory of organizations from a systemic perspective. The methodology is oriented from the social research of narrative type with the purpose of recovering the collective voice of the association to unveil its transfer in the social and urban history of the second half of the twentieth century. The processes of subjectivation favor the emergence of collective empowerment. | en-US |
| dc.description | Se presentan las trayectorias de la Asociación de Mujeres Progresistas la Cumbre – Amuproc- en sus luchas por el derecho a la ciudad a través del desarrollo comunitario y su contribución a la emergencia de nuevas formas de significación del territorio. Su aporte a la teoría de las organizaciones desde una perspectiva sistémica. La metodología se orienta desde la investigación de tipo narrativo con el propósito de recuperar la voz colectiva de la asociación para develar su trasegar en la historia social y urbana de la segunda mitad del siglo XX.
