| dc.description.abstract | La gestión de proyectos es un área cuyo crecimiento no se detiene y se ha expandido hasta la industria del petróleo en todos sus aspectos. A raíz de las crisis periódicas que enfrenta la industria petrolera, se han visto en la necesidad de optimizar procesos y recursos mediante el uso de metodologías que los ayuden a controlar los procesos de una manera austera y coherente. Este proyecto de investigación busca proveer a los ingenieros de producción para campos petróleos de una herramienta que les sirva como guía para realizar sus labores de gestión de proyectos, específicamente en el área de los sistemas de levantamiento artificial mediante la metodología europea de gestión de proyectos conocida como PRINCE2 en su versión 2017, con posibilidad de expansión a cualquier tipo de proyectos. Los resultados de la investigación no arrojaron valores concluyentes en cuanto a la eficiencia de la metodología con respecto a otras formas de realizar la gestión de proyectos, pero si reforzaron de forma general que existen diferentes maneras de realizar un proyecto, todas ellas válidas y lo más significativo que tienen en común es el uso de herramientas adecuadas para llevar un control de la gestión de proyectos y todos sus procesos. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | Project management is an area that has been continuously growing and has expanded to the oil industry. Following a series of crises facing the oil industry, they have found themselves in need of optimizing processes and resources through the use of methodologies that help them control the processes in a strict manner. This research project sought to provide production engineers for oil fields with a tool that will serve as a guide to carry out their project management tasks, specifically in the area of artificial lift systems. Production engineers will be using the known European project management methodology PRINCE2 in its 2017 version, seeking expansion to any type of projects. The results of the research did not provide conclusive values regarding the efficiency of the methodology, but they reinforced that there are different ways of carrying out a project, all of them valid.
