En este propósito identifica las tendencias de desenvolvimiento de las políticas, su racionalidad y los efectos sobre las principales variables que buscan afectar. En este sentido desde el principio se parte de considerar el escenario altamente conflictivo en que esas tendencias se desenvuelven, asociado al impacto que la sociedad está generando. | es-ES |
