| dc.description | En este artículo se hace una lectura analítica y crítica del texto “Appunti distoria delle costituzioni moderne. Le libertà fondamentali” del reconocido historiador del derecho italiano Maurizio Fioravanti, con el fin de ampliar sus afirmaciones en torno al constitucionalismo occidental y la teoría política. Igualmente, se plantea si el modelo de lectura de las cartas de derechos propuesta por Fioravanti es aplicable al caso colombiano, para lo cual el artículo se remite a la experiencia constitucional de 1811-1815 y a la Constitución de 1991. | es-ES |
| dc.description | This paper offers an analytical and critical reading of the text “Appunti di storia delle Costituzioni moderne. Le libertà fondamentali” written by the renowned historian of law italian Maurizio Fioravanti, in order to expand his assertions about the Western constitutionalism and political theory. Similarly, in this paper I consider whether or not the model of reading about the Bills of Rights given by Fioravanti is applicable to Colombia; to achieve this goal, the paper refers to the constitutional experience of 1811-1815 and the Constitution of 1991. | en-US |
