| dc.description.abstract | Presentar un apoyo técnico a las comunidades más desfavorecidas, que requieren desarrollar un proyecto para el aprovechamiento de las zonas o terrenos comunes que demandan un gran interés para el buen desarrollo económico y social de la comunidad. Este tipo de estudios técnicos resultan ser costosos e improbables de realizar por los escasos fondos que posee cada comunidad. El caso de estudio se enfoca en el municipio de Bahía Solano perteneciente al departamento de Chocó, ubicado al noroccidente de Colombia en el océano pacifico, muestra que el desarrollo de dicha comunidad costera deriva del intercambio comercial propiciado por el turismo y la pesca, por tal motivo, el crecimiento habitacional se ha venido dando en las cercanías de las playas que componen este municipio, creando la prioridad de vigilar los aspectos hídricos en la zona que tanto afectan a la comunidad, como lo son las lluvias y las mareas. Desde esta perspectiva, se decide desarrollar un estudio geotécnico, que otorgue herramientas para la construcción de sistemas de protección en las zonas costeras, fluviales y marítimas, en el municipio de Bahía Solano, permitiendo el desarrollo del sector y la interacción de la población en las zonas de estudio que se presentan en el proyecto, este estudio se justifica en el aumento del oleaje y la reducción considerable de las rondas o playas en los últimos años, que han generado nivel de amenaza y riesgo medio a alto por inundación, dando paso a la necesidad de realizar un estudio de las causas y posibles soluciones para el control del oleaje en el sector. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The idea of providing technical support to the most disadvantaged communities, which requires a project for the optimal performance of common areas or lands that demand a great interest for the good development of the community, and that is characteristic of the region, be costly and unlikely to make funds that each community has. For example, the municipality of Bahía Solano belonged to the department of Chocó, is located in the northwest of Colombia in the Pacific Ocean, shows that the development of this river community derived from the commercial exchange of the area that offers tourism and fishing, by the reason, the population growth has become effective in the vicinity of the beaches that make up this municipality, creating the priority of controlling the water issues in the area that affect the community as much as the rains and tides. From this point, it is decided to develop a study for the contribution of the construction of protection systems in the coastal, fluvial and maritime zones, in the municipality of Bahía Solano, allowing the development of the sector and the interaction of the population in the zones of study that is presented in the project, where the last years, the increase of the swell and the considerable reduction of the rounds or beaches in which levels of threat and high risk have been generated by floods, giving way to the idea of carrying out a study of the causes and possible solutions for the control of the waves.
