| dc.description.abstract | El Campo Guando no tiene la energía suficiente para llevar los fluidos desde el fondo hasta la superficie, por lo cual produce por bombas BCP. El objetivo de este trabajo fue realizar un estudio pozo a pozo, para observar el funcionamiento de estos equipos. Para esto fue necesario evaluar primero los factores que afectan el desempeño del sistema; tales como la desviación del pozo para saber el tipo de varilla correcta que se debe instalar, la realización de las curvas IPR con el fin de observar el comportamiento de la producción, el cálculo del porcentaje de gas que entra en la bomba para saber si está dentro del rango sugerido y la determinación del porcentaje de eficiencia actual. Todo esto con el fin de detectar las posibles fallas o anomalías y así plantear recomendaciones y acciones preventivas que a futuro puedan evitar los servicios a pozos y el gasto innecesario de dinero. Los problemas mas comunes que se encontraron después de realizado el análisis son causados por mal diseño, mal manejo del equipo, mala escogencia de la varilla y mucho aporte de gas y arena; por lo que se hicieron recomendaciones de rediseño, profundización, instalación de separadores de gas en fondo, variaciones en la velocidad de la bomba para evitar que esta trabaje en vacío y tener en cuenta la desviación del pozo para escoger el tipo de varilla | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The Guando field doesn’t have enough energy to moves the fluids from the bottom to the surface, thus it produces by pump PCP. The target of this project was to carry out a study well by well, to observe the operation of this equipment. For this study it was necessary, first evaluate the factors affecting the development of the system; such as the well deviation to know the correct kind of rod that should be install, the IRP curve have as object to show the production behavior, the estimate gas percentage that enter into the pumps, to know the suggested range and the determination of the efficient actual percentage. All this to detect the possible error or fail and consequently prevent and recommend actions that in the future would help the well service it could also prevent unnecessary money spend. After the analysis, the most common problem was caused by the inadequate rod selection; gas and sand excess and bad manage equipment. Therefore the following recommendations were suggested: pump redesign, deepening, gas pumps, installation of gas separators in bottom, variations in the speed of the pump to avoid that it works in vacuum and consider the well deviation to choose the optimal type of rod. | |
