dc.description.abstractAUDESAN representa una oportunidad de negocio pionera en Bucaramanga para prestar el servicio de regeneración de aceite dieléctrico usado destinado a uso en transformadores de distribución de energía, respondiendo a una creciente generación de desechos provocados por empresas del sector, gracias a la recuperación de las propiedades fisicoquímicas se evita la sustitución por nuevo fluido aislante. Se desarrollo un análisis del entorno económico, social, político y tecnológico que tiene por objeto la planeación de estrategias que no permitan afectar a la empresa el desempeño de la empresa. Luego, se elaboró un estudio de mercado con fuentes primarias y secundarias para estipular el potencial de mercado y la frecuencia de compra de la población objetivo. Para el estudio técnico se evaluaron los equipos necesarios de acuerdo con la cantidad mensual a tratar. En cuanto a la estructura organizacional y legal se estimó la cantidad de personal idóneo para procesos operativos u administrativos con su debida documentación normativa requerida por la industria. Con una inversión inicial de $356,023,537 COP el emprendimiento estima tener ingresos en su primer año de operación por $703,574,000 COP. Un diseño que le permite procesar un mínimo de 730 lotes anualmente y alcanzar los 1230 el décimo año. Finalmente, el proyecto arroja un VPN de $410,343,319 COP y una TIR de 39%.
dc.description.abstractenglishAUDESAN represents a pioneering business opportunity in Bucaramanga to provide the regeneration service for used dielectric oil for use in power distribution transformers. This service addresses the growing waste generated by companies in the sector. Thanks to the recovery of the physicochemical properties, the company avoids replacing it with new insulating fluid. An analysis of the economic, social, political, and technological environment was conducted to plan strategies that would not affect the company's performance. A market study was then conducted with primary and secondary sources to determine the market potential and the purchasing frequency of the target population. For the technical study, the necessary equipment was evaluated based on the monthly quantity to be processed. Regarding the organizational and legal structure, the number of qualified personnel for operational and administrative processes was estimated, along with the necessary regulatory documentation required by the industry. With an initial investment of $356,023,537 COP, the project estimates revenues of $703,574,000 COP in its first year of operation. This design allows for processing a minimum of 730 batches annually and reaching 1,230 batches in the tenth year. The project ultimately yields an NPV of $410,343,319 COP and an IRR of 39%.
