dc.description.abstractEn el siguiente trabajo se realizó la evaluación del pretratamiento de autohidrólisis sobre el bagazo de fique con el fin de mejorar la producción de biogás en el proceso de digestión anaerobia. Para este estudio se tuvo en cuenta las variables de operación: relación agua/bagazo de fique y tiempo de reacción, sobre una temperatura de operación de 121°C. Con el fin de seleccionar las mejores condiciones de operación del pretratamiento, se evaluó la actividad hidrolítica sobre un proceso de hidrólisis. Se obtuvo que para cada ensayo realizado del pretratamiento (variando la relación agua/bagazo y el tiempo) los valores de actividad hidrolítica mejoraron con respecto al bagazo sin pretratar. Sin embargo el bagazo pretratado a las condiciones de relación agua/bagazo de 10 [g/g] y tiempo de 30 minutos, el resultado de actividad hidrolítica fue el mayor. Igualmente se obtuvo que el bagazo de fique pretratado a las condiciones seleccionadas, aumentó un 9,3% el potencial de biometanización. Se realizó una evaluación en los costos de producción a escala laboratorio para el proceso de producción con la aplicación del pretratamiento y sin la aplicación, observándose que el pretratamiento aumenta la producción de metano del proceso de digestión anaerobia implicando un aumento proporcional en los costos. 1
dc.description.abstractenglishIn the following work was carried out the evaluation of the auto-hydrolysis pretreatment on aiming to improve the production of biogas in the process of anaerobic digestion. In this study it was taken into account the operation variables: water/ relation and time of reaction in a operation temperature of 121°C. In order to select the best conditions of pretreatment operation the hydrolytic activity was tested on a hydrolysis process. It gave that for each pretreatment trial executed (changing the relation of water/bagasse and the time) the values of hydrolytic activity improved with regard to the bagasse without pretreatment. However the pretreated bagazo to the conditions of the relation water/bagasse of 10 [g/g] and time of 30 minutes, the result of hydrolytic activity was the highest. It gave too that the pretreated sse in the selected conditions rise 9,3% the biomethane potential. An evaluation in the cost of production was carried out at laboratory scale for the production process with the application of pretreatment and without it observing that pretreatment increases the methane production of the anaerobic digestion process involving a proportional rise in the cost.
