dc.description.abstractLa semiología es la ciencia que estudia los sistemas de signos y síntomas.Ferdinand de Saussure la concibió "como la ciencia que estudia la vida de los signos en el seno dela vida social". Se propone que la semiología sea el continente de todos los estudios derivados delanálisis de los signos, sean estos linguísticos (semántica) o semióticos (humanos y de lanaturaleza). Actualmente, no hay consenso ni autor que se atribuya o tome la iniciativa de plasmarla en algúnmanual. En la literatura mundial sólo se encuentra una publicación que relaciona signos y síntomasen Ginecología y Obstetricia, publicado en idioma inglés en el año 1983. Por lo anterior se propusola realización y publicación de un texto que facilite la comprensión del área a través del desarrollode la semilogía agrupada por capítulos. El texto La Semiologia Clínica en Ginecología y Obstetricia, proporciona una amplia informaciónen un lenguaje claro y sencillo de los signos y síntomas característicos de las diferentes patologíasrelacionadas con el área y temas afines. Al mismo tiempo permite la ampliación de los conceptosmediante la búsqueda de las diferentes referencias actualizadas. Este proyecto se plantea como el primer libro en semiología ginecológica escrito en idioma españoly se propone como proyecto teniendo en cuenta los parámetros establecidos en el Reglamento dePostgrado, Título IV, Capítulo !Il, Artículo 64: “todo candidato a especialista realizará un trabajo degrado individual de PROFUNDIZACION o INVESTIGACION”. Esta publicación es consideradadentro del espectro de los trabajos de grado de tipo profundización. Con la publicación de este texto esperamos aportar una herramienta para el proceso deaprendizaje y la comprensión del área de la ginecología y la obstetricia a través de la definiciónactualizada y referenciada de los diferentes términos relacionados con el área.
dc.description.abstractenglishSemiology is the study of the systems of signs and symptoms. Ferdinand de Saussureconceived it “as the study of the life of signs in the core of the social life”. It is proposed thatsemiology is the continent of all studies related to sign analisis, either linguistic (semantics) orsemiotics (human and of nature). Currently, there’s not a consensus or author that assignes or takes the initiative to transform it into amanual. In world literature only one publication is found related to signs and symptoms inGynecology and Obstetrics, published in English in the year 1983. Therefore it was proposed therealization and publication of a text that facilitate the understanding of the area through thedevelopment of semiology grouped by chapters. The text Clinic Semiology in Gynecology and Obstetrics provides extensive information in aclear and simple language of the characteristic signs and symptoms of the different pathologiesrelated to the area and associated subjects. At the same time allows the enlargement of theaforesaid through the search of the different updated references for each one of the termsmentioned. This project arises as the first book of ginecologycal semiology written in Spanish and it’s proposedas a project taking into consideration the established parameters in the Postgraduate Regulation,Title IV, Chapter Ill, and Article 64: “every candidate to specialist will do an individual graduationpaper of DEEPENING or RESEARCH”. This publication is considered within the spectrum of thedeepening graduation papers. With the publication of this text we hope to bring a tool for the learning process and theunderstanding of the gynecology and obstetrics area through the updated and referenced definitionof the different terms related to this subject.
