RESUMENSin desconocer la importancia y seriedad de millones de articulos y cientos de libros que se han escrito sobre el continente, en este se vuelve sobre lo mismo, recalcando que lo hacemos, luego de la caída del muro de Berlín. Hecho que estremeció al mundo, cambio la perspectiva política y los sueños de la mayoria de los latinoamericanos. Debemos reconocerlo. La crisis pennanente de América, empero, no guarda relación con este acontecimiento; se manifiesta, al contrario, en la construcción de un muro de acero realizado por los Estados Unidos de Norte América al mismo tiempo que se firman tratados de líbre comercio con nuestros países, Pero además, con toda la admiración que como economista le tenemos a Carlos Marx, queremos evaluar, en cinco cuartillas, esa propuesta política que movilizó al mundo entero por más de ciento cincuenta años, Finalizamos mostrando como, con la categoria de excedente econóntíco, se puede interpretar de una manera más cabal la historia de América Latina.
SUMMARYWithout ignoring the seriousness and importance of millions of articles and thousands of books about Latin America, in this articles we are trying to reinterpret what we have been written; focasing on what has been done before the falling of the Berlin's wall. This fact, which caused a shock all over the world. Changed the political perspective and dreamings of the majority of the latinamericans. Although the permanent latinamerican crisis is not closely related with the fact already mentioned; this is shown, on the contrary, on the construction of a steeling wall by the United States of North America, at the same time that they sign free trade treaties with our countries. Besides, with the deep admiration, as economists, devoted to Carl Marx, we want to study, in five sheets, that political purpose that ran the entire world for more than one hundred and fifty years. We finish by shaving how, with the category of the economical excedente. The history of Latin America can be interpreted in the most accurate way.
