| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo principal de éste trabajo es determinar los factores técnicos más importantes que deben ser considerados en el desarrollo de un proyecto de diseño, trazado y construcción de gasoductos durante las diferentes etapas. Son muchos estos factores que intervienen en la ingeniería, el diseño, la operación y mantenimiento como son la geología del suelo. la topografía, las normas ambientales, la propiedad del terreno, la longitud, las características del gas a transportar y su volumen. Todos estos factores y muchos otros que se trataran en este trabajo deben adaptarse a las necesidades del constructor y/o propietario del gasoducto con el objeto de lograr el equilibrio económico del proyecto. Por otra parte todos los procesos que se involucran durante la construcción de un sistema de transporte de gas deben estar en armonía con las exigencias ambientales de las entidades competentes. En este trabajo se plantean aspectos puntuales que ilustran los procedimientos generales para el diseño del trazado de una línea de transporte de gas natural y permita a quien consulte este documento la toma de decisiones con el objetivo de garantizar la factibilidad técnica del proyecto y de igual forma se garantice la operatividad del gasoducto en condiciones optimas de seguridad e integridad. Con la experiencia de la ingeniería Colombiana, se ha podido evidenciar que aunque se han desarrollado muchos proyectos con altas inversiones no existe un criterio claro sobre los aspectos motivo de estudio y que en cualquier momento de ser ignorados podrían incidir perjudicando el desarrollo del proyecto y en muchos casos desequilibrándolo económicamente o en casos extremos comprometiendo la nueva instalación | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The primary target of this one work is to determine the more important technical factors that they must be considered in the development of a project of design, layout and construction of Gas line transmission during the different stages. They are many these factors that take part in engineering, the design, the operation and maintenance as they are the geology of the ground. the environmental topography, norms, the property of the land, the length, the characteristics of the gas to transport and their volume. All these factors and many others that treated in this work must adapt to the necessities of the constructor and/or proprietor of Gas line transmission with the intention of obtaining the economic balance of the project. On the other hand all the processes that become jumbled during the construction of a system of gas transport must be in harmony with the environmental exigencies of the competent organizations In this work precise aspects consider that illustrate the general procedures for the design of the layout of a line of natural gas transport and allows to that consults east document the decision making with the objective to guarantee the technical feasibility of the project and similarly the operativity of Gas line transmission in optimal conditions of security and integrity is guaranteed. With the experience of Colombian engineering, it has been possible to demonstrate that although many projects with high investments have been developed does not exist a clear criterion on the aspects reason for study and that at any time of being ignored they could affect economically harming the development of the project and in many cases unbalancing it or in extreme cases jeopardizing the new installation | |
